At Eptios, we strive to ensure the satisfaction of our customers with our ERP products and services. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Refund Eligibility

1. Refund requests must be submitted within 10 Days of purchase. 

2. Refunds are only applicable for:

   - Software purchased directly from Eptios.

   - Subscription-based services within the trial period.

   - Instances where the software does not perform as advertised due to technical issues verified by our support team.

3. Refunds will not be granted for:

   - Custom implementations or bespoke development services.

   - Training and consulting fees.

   - Issues arising from improper use or failure to meet system requirements.


 Process to Request a Refund

1. Contact our support team at support@eptios.com with:

   - Your purchase details.

   - A description of the issue you’re facing.

2. Our team will review your request and may request additional information or schedule a technical review.

3. Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 3 business days to the original payment method.


 Special Circumstances

- If the service is interrupted or terminated due to faults on our end, a pro-rated refund for unused subscription periods may be considered.
