Subscription Cancellation
1. Subscriptions can be canceled at any time by contacting support@eptios.com or through your customer portal.
2. Upon cancellation:
- Access to ERP software and services will be terminated at the end of the current billing cycle.
- No refunds will be provided for unused time unless otherwise specified.
Custom Development and Services
1. Cancellations for custom projects must be submitted in writing to support@eptios.com at least 2 days before the start date.
2. For cancellations made after the project has started:
- A refund for unrendered services may be issued, minus administrative or preparatory costs incurred.
Termination by Eptios
Eptios reserves the right to terminate services in cases of:
- Breach of terms of use.
- Non-payment of subscription or service fees.
Reactivation
- If a canceled subscription is reactivated, any applicable reactivation fees will be communicated beforehand.
